Pharmaceutical Claims Management Since 1990, CASE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES, INC. has researched and data-banked statistics, designed and implemented a system to evaluate claims submitted to insurers, TPA’s, re-insurers, and self-insurers for the administration of pharmaceutical agents. CMA has developed a network of contracted providers which includes local and nationally recognized suppliers of Specialty Pharmacy Services, Skilled Nursing, Chemotherapy Benefit Management, IGG, Injectable Medications, and Biological Response Modifier Care Management.
This national telephonic program continues today and focuses on the management of cases through contracted providers and the negotiations with non-contracted providers for infusion therapy services in a variety of settings, including: physician offices, outpatient clinics, ambulatory care centers, and home.
Our telephonic IV and Home Care Case Management staff coordinate the prescribed IV or home care treatment, per treatment therapy protocol, evaluate the home care provider for quality assurance standards, and analyze submitted claims.
